David began acting in middle school and quickly fell in love with the stage. After ending his high school career by competing at the International Thespian Festival in 2006, he went to college at Seattle University and focused on completing his Bachelor’s in Creative Writing. During that time, he continued to audition and participate in SU’s theater program, taking classes and taking to the stage. He never forgot what started him down the path: his interest in voice acting. From listening to Garrison Keillor’s stories on NPR to watching cartoons such as Batman the Animated Series and Darkwing Duck, David’s interest in voice acting only grew stronger over the years. Following his graduation in 2010, David finally took the plunge in 2012 and signed up for lessons and demos through Voice Coaches. Since then, he has taken classes from Michael Agrusso and Scott Burns and is currently being represented by the Tiffany Talent Agency in Seattle, Washington. He has also studied audio engineering and has done live sound in various capacities to better understand all aspects of sound and sound production. His ultimate goal is to lead or be part of a long running series dedicated to an extraordinary story and team of voice actors.
